CCOP Technical Secretariat is hiring an Assistant, Project Operation and Information Division

The CCOP Technical Secretariat is now hiring an Assistant, Project  Operation and Information Division.  He/She will be responsible for:

• logistic arrangements for the technical activities such as meetings, workshops, seminars and/or trainings and communicate with participants / local organizer during planning and execution of those activity assignments.  

• provide secretarial services to concerned officer and expert. Prepare schedules of appointments for supervisors, receive telephone calls and visitors, provide routine information, referring enquiries to the appropriate officer.

• perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, age not over 30 years
• At least with Bachelor’s degree
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Good working knowledge of personal computer (WORD/EXCEL/Power Point), more others preferred
• Pleasant personality, pro-active, enthusiastic
• A team player, positive, flexible and open-minded
• Mature, flexible, pleasant with good interpersonal and coordinating skills
• Skill and experience in organized planning, monitoring and evaluation will be an advantage
